“Seeing Red” look-book design in collaboration with French fashion designer Kilian Mercadié.
Clawing their way towards survival, four female archetypes from the fictional universes of horror cinema and gaming are represented through the “Seeing Red” series of wounded garments. The costume becomes a vessel of storytelling where scratches, slashes and stains emerge as the narrative progresses. Inspired by characters such as Kill Bill’s O-Ren Ishii, Silent Hill’s Heather Mason, Carrietta White of Carrie, and Sydney Prescott in Scream, the four looks of “Seeing Red” are designed to commemorate these lethal heroines.
